How it works?
Every time you download a program or several programs (by adding them to the download cart) from Soft32.com website, we create on-the-fly a small download manager file (an exe file of about 0.4 MB) that will manage the download and installation of the program(s).
You have the following options by using the Soft32 Download Manager:
- to continue the download later
- to choose where the downloads will be saved
- to pause and resume the download
- to run the installation of the downloaded program(s) automatically after the download is finished
- to open the containing folder of the downloads
We “Accelerate” the download by making more than one connection to the server(s). This lets it download different parts of the same file at the same time. If there is more than one URL, it will spread out the connections to different servers. Depending on the user’s Internet connection, this can make a nice improvement in the download speed.
We “Guarantee” the download by checking if the free download link from the publisher of the download is available and if it is no longer available we start the download automatically from one of the Soft32 mirror servers (we are using a CDN solution to ensure high speed and availability).
